Weekly bookings are usually Saturday to Saturday, 3 night breaks are Friday to Monday and 4 night breaks are Monday to Friday.

Minimum stay is 3 nights, other start dates and durations are available on request.

Terms and Conditions

On confirmation of booking a £75 non refundable deposit is required with the remainder of the balance to be paid six weeks prior to departure.  If the cottage is booked within six weeks before start date then full payment will be required.

It is strongly advised that the hirer arrange suitable holiday insurance cover including cancellation scheme in the event that they need to cancel their holiday.

The Cottage is available from 4pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on day of departure in order for the cottage to be prepared for the next guests.

The maximum number of guests must not exceed 4 (+ baby).

The Hirer is responsible for the condition of the property and it's entire contents during the period of hiring. Please leave the cottage in a clean and tidy condition on departure. In the event that any damage or breakages occur during your stay please inform our caretaker.

We do not accept any responsibility for any personal accident or injury or loss or damage to any personal property to any party member that may be sustained during your stay inside or outside the property.
